Amanda Sandmeyer, a Boise native, earned her 200 hr YTT in December 2017. Because yoga encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self, Amanda is a dedicated student to the practice first. Feeling a need to find deeper connectivity all around her, Amanda delved into the yogic lifestyle and is inspired by chakra balancing, yoga philosophies, and form & function. Her passion and love with connecting breath to body movement can be felt during each of her classes. Amanda’s classes are heartfelt and authentic, offering both strength to the body and the mind; calm is her superpower!
