My yoga journey began 15 years ago, in a hot studio in Boise Idaho. Having grown up learning dance, I immediately fell in love with the idea of linking breath with movement. Since then, I have expanded my personal practice to include Hot Yoga, Yin, Vinyassa, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra. After completion of an RYT-200 hour program in 2017, I began teaching Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
A surgical assistant by day, and RYT-200 by night, you will find my vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology apparent in my teaching. I believe wholeheartedly that a mindful approach to the body and an open heart will take you very far, on and off the mat.
