Yoga found Griet in 2008 after an injury and although she’d showed interest in yoga for a long time, necessity drew her to the mat. Her practice has taken her on a path of self-discovery, appreciation of the world around her, and has found a way into her daily life. Griet loves to explore new poses and venture deeper into her practice. Yoga and meditation have a special place in her heart as it grounds her from a busy life and reminds her of the value of self-love. Off the mat, Griet enjoys the outdoors and spending time with those dear to her.
