Hannah first found yoga as a way to balance out her active lifestyle. As her personal practice grew, she began to find balance in other aspects of life. Not only did she notice physical strengthening, but a mental shift as well. Yoga was an awakening of her mind, body and soul into the present moment. She wants to share this journey to all that wonder what yoga could go for them. Off of her mat, she enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, and travel.
She continues to grow as teacher and as a student of yoga, one breath at a time.
