Adult Burly Sass: Our adult burlesque class is RED HOT!! This is such a fun class to express your inner sexy, without judgement! Our experienced staff keeps it fun, flirty and a little bit naughty with choreographed routine and occasionally using props! You will for sure leave this class feeling more confident and beautiful than when you arrived! All levels welcomed and be sure to leave all your worries at the front door!

Contemporary: Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, and ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements and can be performed to many different styles of music.

Adult Hip-Hop: Adult Hip Hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing! Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. The instructor will break down new routines at each class, so you won’t ever feel behind!

Adult Jazz Funk: Jazz Funk is an exciting blend of jazz and hip hop dance styles. This class begins with a thorough, heart-pumping warm up focused on mobility, strength and alignment. Then we dive into fun and funky choreography combining fluid, full-body jazz and hard-hitting funk and hip hop styles.

Hot Barre Classes: Our Hot Barre classes are mix of ballet, Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the following exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands, ballet bars and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. The room temp is heated around 80-85 degrees which aids in a deeper barre experience!

Yoga Class Descriptions

Feel the heat from the inside out and uncover abilities you didn’t know you had. Hot Hour, 60-min, is a contemporary, 95-98˚F practice that allows students to experience vinyasa in a new authentic way that will vary with each instructor and class sequence. Students will be introduced to more advanced postures in new and creative ways. Feel your fitness improve, regardless of your level.

More time and space for growth on your mat. Hot Flow, is similar to Hot Hour, 95-98˚F practice that allows students to experience vinyasa in a new authentic way that will vary with each instructor and class sequence. Feel your fitness improve with each class.

The ultimate class for creating a balanced practice, this class takes place in a warm room and involves supported postures that facilitate deep release. A passive practice, slow-paced meditative practice that consists of longer held postures. Variations of seated and supine postures. Yin is suitable for all levels. Commit to composure and strive for flexibility, tranquility and symmetry. Challenge yourself, differently.

A gentle flow of dynamic movements balanced out with longer static holds. This class incorporates both the practice of Yin and Yang, we begin with yin, finding gentle but longer holds letting the body slowly open and stretch into connective tissues/fascia, joints, ligaments then building warmth throughout the body in vinyasa style movement and postures.

Family Flow: “YOGA FOR ALL”
We are all a big yoga family, bring yourself or your entire family. This 45-minute class will be the perfect way to close out your weekend with your family. We will encourage movement, silence, and patience through a fun flow. Queues for both the old and young will allow us to come together through movement. We will all learn to practice and teach the wonderful benefits of yoga in good positive energy.
