Adult Ballet: Our ballet class are designed for beginner adults focused on developing a solid classical ballet technique through movement, floor, bar and stretching.
Adult Burly Sass: Our adult burlesque class is RED HOT!! This is such a fun class to express your inner sexy, without judgement! Our experienced staff keeps it fun, flirty and a little bit naughty with choreographed routine and occasionally using props! You will for sure leave this class feeling more confident and beautiful than when you arrived! All levels welcomed and be sure to leave all your worries at the front door!
Contemporary: Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, and ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements and can be performed to many different styles of music.
Adult Hip-Hop: Adult Hip Hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing! Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. The instructor will break down new routines at each class, so you won’t ever feel behind!
Adult Jazz Funk: Jazz Funk is an exciting blend of jazz and hip hop dance styles. This class begins with a thorough, heart-pumping warm up focused on mobility, strength and alignment. Then we dive into fun and funky choreography combining fluid, full-body jazz and hard-hitting funk and hip hop styles.
Barre Classes: Our Barre classes are mix of ballet, Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the following exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands, ballet bars and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Yoga Class Descriptions
Hot Hour — All Levels Vinyasa: Feel the heat from the inside out and uncover abilities you didn’t know you had. A contemporary, 90-98˚F practice that allows students to experience vinyasa in a new authentic way that will vary with each instructor and class sequence. Students will be introduced to more advanced postures in new and creative ways. Feel your fitness improve, regardless of your level.
Lunch Hour Flow — All Levels Vinyasa: This 60-minute noon hour vinyasa class will get your mind settled and your body moving! A contemporary, 90-98˚F practice that allows students to experience vinyasa in a new authentic way that will vary with each instructor and class sequence. Students will be introduced to more advanced postures in new and creative ways.
Power Vinyasa — Non-Heated: This challenging practice is designed to build focus, endurance. Moving at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing. Class moves at a steady pace taking your body and mind through challenging journey. All levels are welcome, modifications offered as always!
Hip Hop Flow — Non-Heated: The energizing, upbeat atmosphere will inspire your body to flow and awaken through Sun Salutations and balancing postures finishing up with a closing stretch and cool down. Perfect class to reset your mindset midweek! All levels welcome!
Gentle Beginner Flow: In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Moderately heated to 90-95 F, Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back bends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Buti Yoga Flow — Non-Heated: This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe. All levels welcome!
