Please read the following policies to understand how StudioMove operates:
When you sign up for any of the youth monthly classes online, you are receiving four (4) lessons at that price. You will automatically be charged the same tuition fee after every four (4) lessons. There is no need to re-sign up or sign-in each week. The instructor will sign in students each week when they come to class, which will deduct one (1) class each time they show up.
If students have to miss because of illness, traveling, or just scheduling conflicts, they will not lose a class and they will have the chance to make it up by taking one of the other classes offered within that month.
If you decide your dancer needs a break or dance just isn’t what they want to do anymore, we require a 30-day notice to be removed from our auto-withdrawal system.
We do not charge a registration fee. There is a $25 charge for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) error or if we are otherwise unable to process your monthly tuition online.
If your dancer misses three (3) consecutive classes in a row, they are subject to removal from the class.
The adult classes operate a bit differently. You have the option to buy a single drop-in class in which you wish to participate, or you can purchase a package of classes or memberships. Classes will only be deducted from your purchased class package when you attend a class.
There is an “expiration date,” on each package, however, so please read the package details so you know how long you have to use the classes in your package.
