Ballet Instructor
Lauren began dancing at age three at Emily’s Dance Arts in Bellevue, WA, later performing lead roles in the Nutcracker and competing throughout her youth. In high school, she trained and performed year-round at Westlake Dance Center in Seattle, including on Kirsten Cooper’s contemporary team, and continued studying with her into college.
Returning to dance as a teacher in her 30s, Lauren developed a special passion for lyrical and ballet and is now excited to share that love with students at StudioMove in Boise. She lives nearby with her husband and two children and enjoys skiing, interior design, making cards, being involved with her church, traveling to sunny destinations, and spending time with family.
